Zenith Strength and Conditioning is proud to partner with Bluegrass Girls Fastpitch for a Spring Break 2025 Speed and Agility Camp!

Camp will be from 3-5 PM on Friday April 11th, 2025
​
This is a great oppurtunity for players from the league to learn about improving their speed, power, and agility while setting themselves up for huge strength gains in late middle school and early high school.
​
This is also a chance for players and parents to learn about Zenith. We continue to establish ourselves as the premier facility for athletic development in our state, so getting your spot with us as early as possible will prove to be an advantage to your youth athlete!
