
Zenith Speed/Agility and Conditioning
This service focuses solely on Speed, Change of Direction, Agility, and other athletic qualities relating to intermittent running sports such as soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, and even baseball and softball
This will be performed at times in the Zenith Strength and Conditioning facility, and at other times outdoors weather permitting.
This service will involve sprint work, curved running, change of direction drills, agility games, and some power training such as jumps. It will include some performance metrics such as top speed (mph) and personal records in conditioning games.
This service does NOT include strength/resistance training, mobility training (outside of warm up) or our full performance testing. Zenith Strength and Conditoning acknowledges that these factors and more are needed to maximize speed and conditioning progress year after year. This service is intended for athletes who simpoly cannot resistance train with us for one reason or another. We encourage you to choose Full Service Sports Performance Training with Zenith S&C if you are able to.
